A book celebrating the Bosslady project and Hong Kong food culture
Project description
When the lease finished at “Bosslady Noodle Bar”, we used a few months to recollect and document our thoughts, inspirations and notable moments during the year we operated “Bosslady Noodle Bar”.
What we created was a book which featured recipes of dishes served at the noodle bar; thoughts on Hong Kong noodle culture; and stories of “Bosslady Noodle Bar” told through words, images and illustrations. This book has pages printed both digitally and in single-colour risograph.
