Finding the spirit of Wild Mist Gin

Meeting the founders of the Lijiang-based Youyun Distilling, Fraser Kennedy and Mia Sun, back in 2022 through a chance-meeting in Shanghai. They approached the studio with our first full service packaging design project for Wild Mist Gin.

Wild Mist Gin is a high quality gin based on the London dry gin flavour but with Chinese twists through the flavours created by the locally sourced ingredients found in South Western China. Wild Mist Gin uses “Find Your Spirit” as its philosophy to encourage their customers to enjoy the good life not just by taste but also by way of life.

We designed the custom bottle with an 8-layer screen printed finish on an opaque turquoise bottle. Extra deliverables include the secondary packaging to the marketing materials for the brand.
